The sun is out longer, flowers are blooming, & birds are singing... time to say goodbye winter, hello spring! With the arrival of a new season comes the desire for a fresh start, which means it's time for spring cleaning and getting your home in tip-top shape! Keep your environment organized and clean to promote wellness and clarity. For those with allergies, keeping a clean home is especially important. 

Many dread spring cleaning and don’t know where to start. The good news is it doesn’t have to be a dreaded task when you have the proper schedule and list. Use our spring cleaning check list below to freshen up your space and be on your way to a clean, happy home!

 

 Kitchen

  • dust surfaces & shelves
  • dust blinds, windowsills, lock ledges
  • dust chair rails, cabinets, pantries, door panels, and baseboards
  • clean out pantries of all expired product, donate any dried foods you know you won't use before expiration date 
  • dust top of refrigerator
  • deep clean & disinfect refrigerator & freezer 
  • clean and disinfect counter tops
  • spot clean cabinet fronts
  • clean and disinfect doorknobs and switch plates
  • clean and disinfect sink
  • clean and disinfect microwave inside and out
  • clean, disinfect, and shine outside of oven and top of range
  • clean, disinfect, and shine outside of dishwasher
  • clean, disinfect, and shine outside of refrigerator
  • clean and disinfect kitchen table
  • sweep/vacuum and mop floors
  • wash/replace all area rugs
  • empty trash

 

Living Room

  • dust/vacuum sofa, removing cushions & partitions for a deep clean

  • sweep/vacuum & mop floors
  • wash/replace all area rugs

 

Bedroom
