We want you to LOVE your order. If there are any issues with it, please email us within 5 days of receipt to let us know: hello@ceremoniashop.com. If you experience a damage, take pictures of the product and ALL packaging, including label and send picture. Keep all packaging until we reply back to you. SALE items are not eligible for return. Please kindly note that return requests are evaluated on a case by case basis. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Approved returns will be charged a 15% restock/handling fee. Non-approved returns will be bounced back.

Please read each product description and the specifications (measurement, materials, colors, etc.) carefully before placing your order. We're a 100% handcrafted business, each piece is one of a kind: there may be slight variations/imperfections, which is what makes our collection unique, and sets us apart from factory-made brands. These slight imperfections are part of the artisanal charm. 

Due to small business limitations, once an order is placed, we are unable to process any cancellations. Sale section items are FINAL SALE.
