If you experience a damage, take pictures of the product and ALL packaging, including label and send picture. Keep all packaging until we reply back to you. SALE items are not eligible for return. Please kindly note that return requests are evaluated on a case by case basis. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Approved returns will be charged a 15% restock/handling fee. Non-approved returns will be bounced back.
